NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Void wherever prohibited by law. Employees and elected officials of the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and giveaway agencies, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information solely to the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce and its destination partners and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used to select winners for this giveaway and in the delivery of future promotional communications from the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce. You may opt out of this communication at any time.

CONTEST PERIOD: The giveaway begins on May 5, 2014, @ 12:00PM (CST) and ends on June 27, 2014, @ 12:00PM (CST).

HOW TO ENTER: You can enter the sweepstakes by visiting the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce website, www.boulderjct.org, clicking on the Bike Boulder Junction link and following the on-screen instructions. Qualified entrants can also enter by visiting the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce on Facebook at www.facebook.com/BoulderJunctionWI, clicking on the sweepstakes tab and following the on-screen instructions. Becoming a fan of the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce on Facebook is NOT a requirement to enter the giveaway. You may only enter the giveaway once; entering the giveaway multiple times will not increase your chances of winning.

Limit one entry per person/per e-mail address. No mechanically reproduced entries of any kind permitted. Incomplete entries are void. The Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected entries or entries not received. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account identified on the online entry form. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) grand-prize winner will be selected by random drawing on or before July 15, 2014, from all eligible entries received. Decisions of the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce are final on all matters. The winner will be notified by e-mail only and has five (5) business days to respond. If there is no response within the required time period, an alternate potential winner will be selected and notified. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: One grand prize will be awarded in a random drawing as described above.

$25 gift certificate to The Outdoorsman (breakfast or lunch)

Fulfillment of the prize may take up to 30 business days after winner is notified.

The Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce its employees and agents, are not liable for any losses, injuries, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance of and/or participation in giveaway. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce to use winner’s name, voice, statements, image and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

TERMS: The Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the giveaway, whether caused by computer, technical or human error. Winner assumes all liability and agrees to release and hold the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce harmless for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this giveaway or acceptance or use or redemption of any prize received in this giveaway. The Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, faulty, or incorrect transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, any damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the online portion of the giveaway, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the giveaway, whether caused by computer, technical or human error. All terms of giveaway shall be construed according to, and any disputes shall be subject to, the laws of the State of Wisconsin. The Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the giveaway; or if a computer virus, bug, wireless failure, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the giveaway as determined by the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce, in its sole discretion. The Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to disqualify, freeze or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE BOULDER JUNCTION CHAMBER OF COMMERCE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY CONTEST OR THE RECEIPT AND/OR USE OF THE PRIZES PACKAGE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY. THE PRIZE PACKAGE IS PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ WITHOUT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

One prize per person maximum in this Promotion. No transfer or substitution of prizes permitted except where required by law. If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Taxes on a prize and expenses related to acceptance, delivery and use of a prize, are the sole responsibility of the applicable Prize Winner.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATIONOne prize winner will be selected as stated in Section 2, above. Sponsor or its designee will attempt to notify tentative winners via email or phone or mail within a week of the applicable drawing. A notified person, at his or her sole discretion, may disclaim a prize by not claiming such prize or by not completing and returning to Sponsor, the Sponsor’s Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release within five (5) days of attempted notification, and in such case an alternate tentative prize winner will be selected. This process will be repeated until such time as a tentative prize winner completes and returns to Sponsor the Sponsor’s Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release within five (5) days of attempted notification. At such time, subject to verification by the Sponsor, a tentative prize winner will be deemed a prize winner. Except where prohibited by law, each prize winner further grants to the Sponsor and those acting under its authority the right to use such prize winner’s name, photograph, voice, likeness and city of residence for purposes of advertising or promoting and publicizing the efforts and activities of the Sponsor and the Promotion, in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter invented, without territorial or time limitations and without further consideration. Each prize winner further agrees that Sponsor may release his or her name to persons requesting the names of the winners of the Promotion. Non-compliance or the return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Except if winner is a resident of TN, or where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes, in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without additional compensation.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS:No cash equivalent or substitution of any Prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy which are final and binding in all respects. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry or drawing process or violates the Official Rules. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin, and participants agree that venue with respect to any dispute will be in Madison, Wisconsin, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Madison, Wisconsin. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant who has been selected in a random drawing as a tentative prize winner, the entry at issue will be declared to have been made by the “Assigned Account Holder,” that is, the individual person who is assigned the email address corresponding to the winning entry.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE:No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or Promotion Parties resulting from participation in or attempt to participate in the Promotion or download any information in connection with participating in the Promotion. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Sponsor or Promotion Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction which may affect the operation of the Promotion, including but not limited to any of the following occurrences: hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any e-mail transmissions to be sent to or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted e-mail transmissions; inaccessibility of the Facebook Site, in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestions on the Internet or the Facebook Site; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Promotion, or loss, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an account used in connection with the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of Prizes or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the Facebook Site. Use of the Facebook Site is at user’s own risk. Sponsor and the Promotion Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user's or any other person's computer equipment resulting from participation in the Promotion, use of the Facebook Site or the download of any information from the Facebook Site. By participating in the Promotion, the entrant agrees to resolve any dispute individually, without resort to any class action. By accepting a prize in the Promotion, winners agree that the Sponsor and Promotion Parties shall not be liable for any loss or injury resulting from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND THE PROMOTION PARTIES AND FACEBOOK FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. EACH PARTICIPANT FURTHER AGREES THAT IN ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, THE PROMOTION PARTIES’ LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE COST OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR, THE PROMOTION PARTIES OR FACEBOOK BE LIABLE FOR ATTORNEYS’ FEES, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES AND EACH PARTICIPANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO CLAIM ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.

7. WINNERS LIST/RULES REQUEST: For winner names, log on to the Facebook Site. A Winners List can also be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope (except where State law prohibits Sponsor from requesting SASE) to the Promotion Address, Attn: Winners List, by May 30, 2014.
